Okay, so we wrote about Miami Spice last week, but this is a huge time for Miami people. What is Miami Spice? During August and September, Miami’s top restaurants offer three-course meals (Lunch $22, Dinner $35) featuring signature dishes created by world-renowned chefs. Most of the participating restaurants have their menus up. Some of the restaurants have menus that change daily, so you need to call ahead. Most restaurants have days that they do NOT offer the spice menu, so be sure to check on the Spice website before you go.
