Miami Monday…Shortcut to Fabulous Fitness, Fun and promoting Green Lifestyle

bike_miamiThere is a thriving biking community in Miami that is growing in numbers and strength. They are working hard to make our city safer for bicycle riders which in turn will help make us a healthier community. Those who chose to ride bicycles will add more fitness to their life and help everyone else in the community breath a little easier by reducing carbon emissions. There are two bike rides scheduled for this week…think of it as free fitness and free entertainment!

Wednesday, September 22nd
8:00 pm

Meet: Shopping center at 79th Street & NE 5th Ave

Friday, September 24th
6:30pm

Meet: Government Center
150 NW First Street
Downtown Miami

Riding through East Little Havana, West Flagler, Coral Gables, Coral Way, The Roads, Brickell, and Downtown. 13.6 miles total. Leaves at 7 pm Sharp. Click here for more information.
